My mobile number is [protected] My complain no. Is[protected] I recharged my number with the tarrif of 78 which is a rate cutter but my call charges is as per standard rate. I tried calling to customer care but didn't get any satisfactory result. And also reliance messeged me that your query has been solved but in actual as it is. So kindly resolve my problem. I just received a call from your customer service executive and they again told me that your call rate is as per your choosen plan but in actual it is not.
So please stop making me fool by calling and saying that your complain is resolved.
And also i just tried to calling on 198 but didnt get any clue to talk to your customer executive. So please provide me a number on which i can easily talk to your representatives.
