Reliance Communications — Call services barred | |||
I have been a long term reliance prepaid customer using gsm and enjoyed your services without interruption until recently. However, i am right now going through a lot of frustration due to disconnection in my phone services for couple of days. Five to six days back i received a call from one of your employee from customer service asking me to submit my id proof and a photo at nearest reliance store for re-verification. I told her that i am out of town and will be back in couple of days, hence its not possible to submit the documents until i return. She agreed and while i am still out of town my services were disconnected all of a sudden. This is not what i was expecting. I talked to your customer service and they sounded least bothered about my issue and failed to provide me proper reason for disconnection of my cell phone services on my mobile phone and kept telling me to submit my id proof documents at reliance store nearby. I wanted to know the reason for disconnection but in vain. I am a coporate employee and also have my family's real estate business which i take care after my father's demise and i cannot expect disruptions in my phone service ever since [protected] is my primary number. Besides that i have two secondary numbers that my family uses and have reliance prepaid service and are working fine. Some of my important clients contact me on my primary number only and i cannot afford the services to be disconnected on it even for a day. Two days back i returned home and submitted my id proof and a photograph at a reliance communications store and am yet to get my services back on my primary number. My primary number is registered everywhere and i unable to receive any notifications/sms from anybody whatsoever. At this point, i have lost my patience as no one seemed to be bothered about my issue and the least i was expecting was a courtesy call from your customer service and eagerness to resolve my issue at the earliest possible. I even sent an email to their nodal officer with a copy attached to appellate authority on 13/06/2016 and its been 3 days now and yet there is no reply from anyone with an etr. I'm honored to have a great service from a service provider that doesn't even care to reply back to their aggrieved customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
