[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — calls not getting connected for vodafone numbers

Facing a issue in connecting calls to vodafone users from 06/08/2017. As soon as i dial the number it gets disconnected as call ended. I tried raising a complaint to customer care but they are just not interested. Please resolve this as soon as possible. My call was suppose to be transfered to the tl but it was ringing for a long time and then the call disconnected. Tried again to connect buy unable to speak to the customer care executive as the call is getting disconnected.
