[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Cancelling 3g cdma service & 4g not activating | |||||
I have recharged my reliance netconnect+ modem for rs 3000 (45gb and 6 months validity) before 25 days. After few days reliance cancelled the cdma services without any intimation and told to purchase 4g wipod device.. I still got around 40gb data balance in my modem. I purchase 4g modem and got a message stating your 4g is active. But even after a week eighter the cdma service or the 4g service is active. The customer care and reliance outlet didn't have any information. Was this information helpful? | |||||
