Reliance Communications — Can't make a call, when the balance amount reaches Rs 15/-

I have lodged complaints several time regarding the above mentioned subject, all they say is wait till 24 hours and it will be done. But nothing has been done so far even after complaining several times. I would like the concerned to please take this issue and get it solved. With this service of Reliance, am dissatisfied and would like to discontinue the same.
