Further to my complaint lodged hereinabove and the assurances from Reliance Communications that some one from them shall be in touch with me to resolve the issue, one of their representatives called me at about 6.10 pm on 12.10.2016 from tele No[protected] to verify my concerns and left with an assurance to get back again. But, did not turn up till now and my query is yet to be resolved.
My concerns explained to the representative of Reliance Commumnications were as follows :-
(a) My regular monthly bill was Rs.344/-pm and I made the last payment on 24.07.2016,
(b) I submitted my request for cancellation/surrender of net connection on 08.08.2016 i.e after 15 days from the date of last payment.
(c) Instead responding to my request for cancellation and collect the reasonable dues, why I have been put into agony by raising baseless bills for Rs 1122/- and threats for consequences, which are against to the provisions consumer protections.
(d) What are the reasons for this baseless bill of Rs.1122/- and troubling me unncessarily,
(e) When Reliance Communications were migrated from 3G to 4G, as I did not the services of 4G.
Hope this mail shall help me in getting the early redressal please.
An early action shall be appreciable.

Due to my work load am not able to concentrate much on this complaint. Now it is shown that the complaint is resolved. In deed, I do not have any knowledge on the action taken by Reliance communication on my complaint/queries. Can I assume that Reliance communication taken back their unreasonable bill.
