[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Cdma network in beed | |||
I was SMSed on 26/5 that Reliance CDMA network will close down W.e.f. 31/05. I immediately got a GSM instruement and secured a 4G SIM from Reliance store. But since then I am unable to send the SIM no. to 1299 because there is no network. Is the shut down deliberate to stampede the customers to get new phones and switch over to 4G? If so, it is criminal as this has caused avoidable losseses to customers being unable to use their debit/credit cards. As committed the CDMA network should work till 31/05 after which the company is entitled to discontinue the service. Such harassment will only encourage customers to migrate not to 4G but to another service orovider. My CDMA NO. is [protected] and the 4G SIM No. given to me is[protected].
