[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Cdma phone - [protected]

I have purchased cdma phone in december 2014 with one year upfront payment. I stopped using the phone from may 2015 owing to its poor network. I have requested customer care to discontinue the services on november 2015. I have not got any reply from them till date. The connection has not been terminated yet and they are generating bills. As i have not used or using the phone for the billed period, i have refused to pay the amount. I also wrote an email to appellate authority but no reply from that as well. When i call the appellate authority for this issue, they say that mail department is different. While the entire world runs over emails, they do not. When they need to communicate, they can use the email, but cannot reply. Please help me resolve the issue. I wrote to nodal officer too but i am not hopeful at all.

I had received a call from Hardeep (from Mumbai office) and she told me that termination request for the number has been taken. I shall wait for 15 days for the confirmation of the termination. Once termination is confirmed, I shall wait for an update regarding the waive off the bills that you have generated for non-usage of services.
Why collection team started calling me again for bill payment? Please convey the collection team the message that the connection is under dispute and it is in the process of termination. I should not get any calls from them
Reliance communications, can you please stop calling 3-4 times a day for bill payment? I said already that I have asked for disconnection earlier and you have continued. I will not pay. It is very clear and I have communication proof. So stop bothering.
Received a call from Reliance now informing me that the number has been successfully terminated and they are going to write to the concerned department regarding waive off of the amount of bill that is generated. Hope that get over soon.
Reliance communication - You speak with me regarding settlement of pending bill payment but why this is not communicated to your collection department? Why are you sending e-mails saying that you will take legal action? I have every proof, which speaks on my behalf. Kindly waive off the pending bill amount as I will not pay anything because I have not used your services for the billed period and I have already asked for disconnection well in advance.I want immediate action to resolve this issue.
