I have subscribed to reliance wireless data card service in february 2016 and paid six months rental in advance. Now my services have been stopped since 14th july 2016 saying that its a company policy to stop all cdma services and company is forcefully mandating to purchase a new data card for rs. 1599.
Resolution desired is the refund of the instrument cost along with the refund for balance amount of months + subscription cost to my current cellular service provider for balance period of months.
Further similar the this time, my service have also been stopped from 16th february to 14th march for which i had incurred substantial cost in visiting the service centre and was not able to use the data for one month. I have been asking provide an extension for one month to my service as i was not able to use the same however reliance has charged heavy amount to me which rs. 1000 per month.
Desirable solution is refund of following things:
Refund of 1 month balance usage rs. 1000
Refund of 1 month where my services were disabled rs. 1000
Device cost of rs. 2599 which i paid initially because i was told that i would be getting 4g device free of cost.
