[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Change from POSTPAID to prepaid | |||
I went to nearest reliance shop and I have raised the request to make my dongle data card prepaid from postpaid. I have raised the query 3 weeks back and still I see my card is postpaid. My billing cycle is from 11 to 11the of every month. Now my next billing cycle has been started. My dongle number is [protected] and its name of my brother Pratap.
