Dear concern,
My name is mahim burman, i am using this prepaid mobile ([protected]) for last approx 9 years.
In the last month bill i notice that my plan has been change from monthly rental 199.00 to 299.00
Without my consent. Also i have not request to change my plan. When i called up at you r costumer care
I have been informed that my plan has got changed automatically without any service request (Also they are not able to give me any srn)
In current month bill they charged me current bill and advance rental for changed plan of 299.00 and a high amount bill of rs. 584.00
(Which i am able to pay) but the customer care executive forced me to pay the bill instead of rectifying there system mistake and harassing me.
The comp lent was loge on 10/08/2017 but till date no salutation has been made.
Why should i pay for the services which i have to availed
