Reliance Communications — Change of plan from rs. 355 to rs. 75, dated[protected] not resolved still now.

To Whom So Ever Concerned. Please address this issue as soon as possible(ASAP)

Dear Sir,

Your staff agreed to change my plan from Rs.350 to Rs.75 dated 31.10.15 and advised me that it will be activated in 48 hrs. Since then I am calling customer service representative on phone no.198 to get this issue resolved but I get the same reply that it would be resolve in next 48 hrs. I have so far contacted more than 20 times but the reply was same. I even contacted the supervisor twice but the answer was the same. But now I cannot talk to the supervisor because the representative is not forwarding my call. Also while I am still talking the customer representative just hangs my call repeatedly. Now I am totally vexed with reliance network and planning to change the the network ASAP. pl.check the call log.l am currently having three nos 1) [protected] 2)[protected] and 3)[protected]. THOUGH 10 DAYS COMPLETED PLAN WAS NOT CHANGED. I can not wait any longer. This is the way reliance network works and always gives false commitments to customers.
