[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Changing data plans without my knowledge and overcharging | |||||
I have been using Reliance Netconnect Dongle (No. [protected]) since 2013 with unlimited plan for a monthly rental of Rs.999.I have upgraded to 4g because they are closing the CDMA service, customer care people told me that your data plan will remain same but after 4G activation they have change my plan without asking me and send me Rs.12383 bill.
