[Resolved] Reliance Communications — charge advance rental bill | |||
[protected], vidya kumbhar The above mentioned cell number has been disconnected since last 2 month and not body from reliance office to care to resolved my problem. The only thing they have mentioned that the said no is disconnected due to non payment of bill but not ready to deduct amount charge me under head of advance payment of bill. Without my knowledge they changed my rental plan from rs. 149 to rs. 699 and now ask me to pay excess amount of bill for which i denied and the result of this they disconnect my number. Regarding the same i have filed complaint before appellate authority but they are also not in a mood to resolved my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
