Dear sir,
This is to inform you that i, akash mehta had visited nearest reliance store:
(Amg infotech 16a, ashutosh mukherjee road, opposite gajapark petrol pump kolkata west bengal 700025) on 17/05/2016.
I had visited to upgrade my reliance cdma sim card to 4g network as i received sms from the company to collect the sim card from the nearest store free of cost. The main person of the store first of all not responding to my queries and on the other hand when i asked for free sim then they are charging rs 100 for the sim and on asking them that the company said the sim is for free, they said: "company ko leave, you are dealing with me, rs 100 lagega nahi toh kuch nahi hoga."
Further when i asked about further details as to switching to 4g network, changing my postpaid plan, they said: "itna sab humlog nahi bolenge, customer care mein phone karo, they are meant for that." also they refused to talk to customer care on phone when i asked them to do that.
What type of behavior is this going on, complete dadagiri or what?
I have mentioned the reliance store name with full address above.
