Reliance Communications — Cheating by reliance communications

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

am Prokassh having a Reliance Netconnect connection. Last month too I faced a similar experience with this company. This time before recharging for my reliance netconnect broad band connection, I called up customer care on 2nd february in the morning for tariffs and offers. The executive asked me to opt for Rs.1, 300/- in which I will enjoy 15 GB unlimited + 3 Gb extra (which is also available on the website of the company) http://myservices.relianceada.com/ImplWLSStoreOnlineRechargeAction.do Subsequently, I recharged online for Rs.1, 300/- and got 15 GB, however I was deprived of 3 GB extra which is mentioned on their website and also mentioned by the Reliance company executive. Therefor I called up customer care :[protected] for my additional benefit. The executive tried to mislead me by saying that offer is only for those who recharge for Rs.1, 299/-. I reminded him about what is mentioned on his website. He was force to eat back his words and registered my complaint : No.[protected] dated 2nd February 2014. Subsequently, I have been calling customer care and finding about the status about my complaint. First the executives take their own time in making me wait on calls and later they come out with misleading answers. I took a try today morning, I was told by the executive that I am not eligible for any such plan which made me get wild. I warned the lady that they cannot take customers for granted and I will initiate legal action by dragging them to court for cheating the customers. The lady at the other end, showing no signs of fear asked me to go ahead exhibiting no respect for Indian law or judiciary. The Reliance netconnect has caused breach of trust, cheating customers by showing attractive schemes on their website and later backtracking on their given offers and plans. They have caused harassment to me by asking me to call repeatedly and making me wait for long time on calls and not giving convincing answers. One executive went to extent of mentioning that I have not even recharged on 2nd February 2014. (Receipt of online payment enclosed below) Receipt No : AMIR[protected]dated February 2014) I faced similar situation last month (copy of last month complaint is below): I similarly made repeated calls, however they credited only one GB instead of two GB mentioned on their website which one can see on the website. http://myservices.relianceada.com/ImplWLSStoreOnlineRechargeAction.do During conversation today, I reminded the executive about last month's balance, she quickly retorted that my validity is over and I should have demanded last month itself. Is it my mistake? Do not hoodwink or take customers for granted, otherwise I will have to take legal help for harassing, cheating. Every Service Provider is answerable before Judicary and they cannot say that if I want extra GB I should go to court. Prokassh
