[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Cheating customers by giving false informationso about cdma to 4g migration | |||||
I was a happy reliance cdma customer. recently they migrated it to 4g and i was getting calls from reliance 4g team every day for 4g upgradation. they even sent mails saying that my 999 rs 40 gb plan will not change even after 4g up gradation. and also i will get a 250 rs waiver every month for 3 months since i have pay 899 for wipod. but 2 days back i got an internet bill costing me 1745 rs. when i called the customer care they told me that my plan is revised and they do not have a 999 rs 40 gb plan for 4g. This is clear cut cheating. i was fooled into buying a wipod. contacting reliance customer care was a waste of time as they were not ready to disclose any details. now my plan is changed to a 1 gb 300 rs plan without even informing me. I need an explanation on why i was cheated and fooled by reliance telecommunications? Also the internet speeds very very poor. worse than the old cdma. They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

reliance customer care team did not address my issue. They just gave me a casual call and told me that some other team will call me. This is a fraud company cheating customers like this. We all should go to consumer court again this type of cheating and never allow companies like this to get away with it. If this is the best of the service they can provide then no one should associate with reliance. I want to give below 1 star so I gave no rating for reliance
