[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Cheating, pathetic behaviour of customer care | |||||
I have reliance user from last few years. 1-i recharged with unlimited 2g pack and due to speed was slow i recharged with 3g pack because i had some important stuff. But after recharging my 2g pack got lapse and custumer care told me it got lapse because of 3g pack and i cant hold 2 packs together. Thing is i am doing same from the beginning and my data never gets lapsed. So this is the first lie they told me. Also its not anywhere on reliance websites where its written that data will get lapse. 2- i again recharged with 198 3g pack and despite there is data left my main balance was deducted without any reason or service activated. Now i have been trying to get in contact with their custumer care but from morning they are saying link is down and come back after 30 min. Is this a third class company where they dont provide the proper information and their system cant hold a link or recover it. 8 hr and i am trying to get the refund. This is not the first time they did that, but this time its going way out of hand. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
