[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Commitment failure | |||
My number is [protected] As per reliance upgrading reliance cdma converted to gsm and i also converted to gsm. All plan was credited to my number but their data plan (1gb 3g +10 gb 4g) 4g balance still did not credited and deducted main balance for data usage. I talked to retailer regarding this matter they said your data will be credited soon. Its been 7 days and no response from them. And now when i am trying to call customer care it seems that they have blocked me. Please help me to sort out this issue. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
