[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Company policy | |||
I have rechaged accidently for 1day 3g netpack of rs 9 while browsing packs. I was using 2 g netpack having approximately 30 gb data and 2 month validity. After that incident my validy left for one day only. The All I have is 30 gb data 2g and 100 mb 3g data. They increased the data by 100 mb by reduced the time by 2 months. They are not lodging my complaint saying that it is not company policy.The company policy maker only thinking about company not about customer. They refused to lodge any complaint.
