Reliance Communications — Complaining about mobile put on safe custody for 3 months | |||
Dear sirs I have put my mobile on safe custody from march 2016 for three months and as advised by your franchises for reliance mobile store m/s sai prabhat telecom shop 35 crystal plaza bldg. Hiranandani complex sector 7 kharghar navi mumbai 410210. Paid rs. 750 vide his cash memo no 2935. At my surprise i have received bill no[protected] showing some of rs. 294 is due. When phone is put on safe custody how bill is generated. It appears that the amount paid od rs. 750 against putting phone on safe custody is adjusting against bill. Kindly revers the adjusted amount against bill and consider amount paid of rs. 750 for safe custody. Till july mid i am at us and want to put further for safe custody till that time. My husband mobile no [protected] as alternate number of my number if your want to contact. Your franchise is failed give proper reply. Will be thankful to you for your immediate positive response.
