Reliance Communications — Complaint about reliance wi pod | |||
Last 20 days the internet is not connected the given speed of the reliance wipod due to changes of cdma to 4g. They switchof the cdma tower and linked with mts tower for cdma customer on 9 june up to now the 4g is not activated and 3g is also not work. The modum is connected in only 1x speed (2g speed). My bill due date is 10 to 11 in this month i not used the internet. I call the customer care they all of them are irretating and tell the useless things. All the customer care officers tell if you are using post paid and then used or not pay the bill. How i can pay the bill for not using the internet.In our friends are also having the same problem. So we all are change the network. Because useless of customer. If i call customer care they can take more then 30 to 50 minutes to atten a call all are waste the time of me and our friends time. My data card no is [protected] Plz tell me clearly how to disconnect my reliance modem because i call the customer care no one can tell about how to disconnect the network. All of them are simply tell call morning 8 am and i will connect the call to my higher official and then the cont take a call for after 50 min. Don't buy reliance modem.
