[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Complaint against the voidance of reliance service | |||
I am very disappointed with services being provided by reliance as the service you gave has been broken from your side. I had got activated callertune service on 23 apr., 2016 for 1 month and unfortunately it worked till 30th apr, 2016. But now this service is broken on from 1st may 2016 to till day. For this voidance of service, i talked to at least 5 customer care persons and they merely assured me that it will be correct or reactivated within 5-10 minutes, but nothing positive happened till now. Moreover two customer carers cut my call during the call without solving my issue. Even they denied to give me complained nos. But the sixth customer care person named aakash who gave me complained no. [protected] after i told him about other care adhikaries for proceeding the complaint. Now i have decided to take this matter to the consumer court so that the necessary action could be taken against voidance of service & improper behaviour from reliance customer care adhikari. I want you to give me compensation for the days when service void, with the reactivation of the same so that the issue may be dropped before time.
