[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Complaint for roaming charges charged

Hi,
I have activated National Roaming Pack of Rs.75/- on 01.12.15 which i deactivated on 12.12.15, same was confirmed by Customer Care Executive. In my Dec-15 bill i was charged for the same.
Now again in my Jan-16 bill i was charged for National Roaming Pack of Rs.75/- which i didn't activated. For these i spoke to Customer Care Executive with his senior person named Madhuri - Floor Supervisor who gave me silly reason that in system invoice is not showing which i think is not an acceptable answer.
Attaching herewith both the invoices for ready reference, please look into these and waive the same at the earliest. Else i would have to option to port my number in other network.
