Reliance Communications — COMPLAINT REGARDING INTERNET PROBLEM | |||
I DID RECHARGE OF 282 RS FOR 90 DAYS INTERNET PLAN ON 24 JAN 2015. IT WORKED TILL 31JAN 2015 AND SINCE THEN I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS INTERNET. I MADE APPROXIMATELY 10 COMPLAINTS IN RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE BUT ALL IN VAIN. MY PROBLEM IS UNRESOLVED. I CAN NOT USE MY INTERNET FROM MORE THAN 60 DAYS. THE LIMIT OF 90 DAYS IN PACK IS GOING TO BE FINISHED. MY FULL INTERNET PACK WILL BE OF NO USE TO ME. THE COMPLAINT NO. THAT I REGISTRED WITH RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE ARE[protected],[protected],[protected]. THESE ARE SOME OF THE COMPLAINT THAT I REGISTERDD IN RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE NEITHER SOLVING TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN MY INTERNET NOR REFUNDING MY MONEY. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.
