Hi Team, I purchased the Reliance Pro3 data card in the month of Dec'2014, which after activation it was not able to use it due to very less speed of 10-30 kbps. I was working from home those days as my baby was premature born. Hence company allowed me to work from home using any dongle in home. I have not used the same as what was required. It is like a car without stearing and car is standing in home. It doesn't mean anything now. I did the same as reliance did with me. Hence chapter should be closed that time only. Stated all the concern in my every email sent to ur customer care and appellate authority too.
How can u say this that everything is valid..why issue was not resolved why nobody responded on my issues. Why i didn't got any support when i really need that time. Why i will pay when i didn't got the speed as mentioned by reliance every where. It is postpaid connection it doesn't mean that after activation it is mandatory to pay the bill eventhough service will rely or not. You guys missed your responsibilities why i will suffer. Now i will raise the same in consumer court. As i am bugged with reliance cheating, lying and harassment.

Even though I have cleared them everything that time that if nobody will resolve the issue I will not going to pay any bill generated for the forcefully keeping dongle of no use as said and mentioned in advertisement area.
Need help on this, so that I will get this issue resolved.
