[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Complaint Subscriber number - [protected] - Refund required for Extra payment | |||
Hi Team, Please read the below complaint carefully & revert to me with the explanation of your action of collecting 3920 Rs from me for this number. I intend to submit this to Consumer Court in case of no Action or satisfactory revert. My Net connect Number - [protected] Last supposed Bill - Apr 2014 Prepaid Conversion request - Apr 2014 I have been using this net connect for a while now & it was a postpaid connection.Looking at the bills it is pretty clear that I had no unpaid dues until Apr-May 2014 Bill.Also, payment receipts clearly show that I have been paying the required amount regularly. On 4-Apr-2014 when I figured out I had no use of this fixed bill net connect, I went to your customer care center in Meerut & requested for them to convert to prepaid. For which they asked me to pay the remaining amount on pro-data basis & I paid Rs 2450 .After this I should not be getting any bills but should be able to get a recharge done & use as required. A service request in your system[protected] was also registered in your system. However, your system still generated the Bills after Apr 2014. An amount was accumulated for Rs 3920, which was not correct as my request for Pre-paid conversion was registered & I had paid amount for conversion. On Sep 5 I got a call in the evening from [protected] stating the lady on the other side is from Civil Court & going to register a case against me due to non-payment.Since I had no access to my receipts at that time, I submitted the amount at Meerut center provided. However, when I checked all my receipts online & inquired about the pre-paid conversion SR I found that Reliance communication has duped me for Rs 3920 for the services I did not render. Additionally I was harassed over call with threats stating non-payment to call for legal action against me.After all the investigation I found that No-notice was sent to me for this Legal action for my reply as per your policy of Dues collection. Please check the evidences & revert to me with a answer on following 1. Why the extra amount was charged on my account 2. How do you plan to revert that transaction & refund the amount 3. Why my number was terminated 4. This number is getting regular calls how is it possible that only u guys are unable to reach it. This comment is also posted through the same phone.
I have made a Cash payment to Reliance, which is not reflecting in the system.Please ensure it is updated in the system.This amount needs to be refunded back as the adjustment has been made to the account already.
