[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Complete fraud by reliance | |||
My name is byom and my my reliance no is [protected]. . . I am fed up with reliance's crappy service. . . They are just doing fraud. . On 12july i recharged with rs175 (30gb 2g for 28days) but they lapsed my data in one day only. . . When i contacted customer care they said that no data is lapsed and close my sr no. . . Its been 13 days since my data has been lapsed and i have complained many times but every time they refused me by giving some crap about system downlink and ask me to contact later. . . I am really fed up with reliance and this is the last time i am complaining about it as a customer. If this time they didn't gave my (30gb) data back then i will have no choice but to port to another network. . . And i want my data (30gb 2g) as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
