Hi, i have taken a broadband connection[protected], i have been using this from May 2014, suddenly on 13th Jan i received a mail that my connection will be disconnected and hence i have called and informed that no request has been raised for termination but it got disconnected and after that they solved my issue.
Now again my connection got disconnected and customer care is telling me to meet head office. I dont know how my connection is getting terminated and who is requesting termination request for my account and how you guys are terminating without owner's intimation.
