[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Connection not deactivated on request | |||||
Dear sir, iam a reliance wipod subscriber with no.[protected].Initially after purchasing the dongle i had issues with network and speed. I have given a complaint regarding the same and the customer care executives suggested for the replacement of the dongle. After doing that also the problem persists. After that i have given so many complaints regarding that but no response came from them, so stopped using it. Even then they have charged me about rs.1750/-. After that while i was relocating to new place i have lost the dongle. I have requested the customer care to deactivate my connection over mail after paying the outstanding amount a month ago. But no response came from them. Now they have charged me for one more month for rs.1349/-. I request consumer forum to intervene in this matter and provide me a proper solution for this. Dear Sir, My connection is not yet deactivated. Iam still getting the messages to pay the bill for the month of May. I don't understand how your customer service dept have closed the issue without solving it. Please deactivate the connection at the earliest.
