I am facing a lot of problem with reliance connection, I have got 3G pack activated and the one that is working is 2G, which means that they are deceiving the customers. My phone perfectly supports 3G as Airtel, Vodafone does work on that . Also in my house itself it gives me ROAMING. How is that possible to get charged for roaming while sitting at my own house. On top of that when at the first place there is NO signal detected most of the times on the phone.
When I try to call customer care, they say we cant help you, cal after sometime, POOJA said that if you want, you can get the connection closed. And she refused to transfer the call to a supervisor as system is getting upgraded, MR> AMBANI, please let your employees know that if she can pick the call while system is not working, it can be transferred itself to a senior as well, which she didn't want to, as she clearly didn't want the customer to stay with the company. SO she not be sitting there to take calls and IRRITATE the callers. Also your other agent, SONIA, says she is a supervisor, but does not know anything about what she is doing as she was putting the call on MUTE again and again and asking someone else, they refused to give there batch/employee i.d, they refused, I have worked fro IBM, BARCLAYS, DELL such big brands and we never were allowed to treat the customers that way, I was transferred 4 times and then again was told to call customer care.
THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER CARE, where you treat the customers like that, those people dont know how to speak as well. I ma very irate, I thought RELIANCE is a good company, BUT ITS WORST THAN ANY OTHER Was this information helpful? |
