But they are saying that this the number o[censored]p west so i have to go to up west to get it change. Sir i want to know why my number is converted from prepaid to post paid while i had submitted my id and address proof of kanpur. Finally i request you to please inform me whether you can solve my problem or not. If there is no solution with you. Pl.Inform me so that we surrender your connection and go to other network.
