[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Customer care not solve my problems about sms sending | |||||
Sir I am reliance prepaid customer of jabalpur, mp district. This number has not msg send facility. Till 15 days I am requesting to customer care for solving my problem.But care not solve my problems.I also lodge complaints for SMS not send facily in my number. Complaint nos are[protected] dated 28 Apr 16, 9:54am [protected] dated 28apr16, 12:58pm by Amandeep [protected] dated 29Apr16, 9:33am by MD Ali (Senior Executive) [protected] dated 1 May 16 7:41am by Sashi. All of complaints shows solving status.till I not sent SMS.Customer care has taking huge time like 40- 50 mins for attended cal.Now I have not contact to customer care.Care has stop facility to contact customer care. That's my 9 yes continuing number.I am mentally & physically harassment to much.pls give me solution sir Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir till now I am not sending SMS by [protected] no.I am too harassed by company.pls send me MNP code, in which I use this number in service provider comfortablely.Otherwise care call to me, take my sim verification & send me MNP code .I also from telecom engineer in defence but Reliance customer care, senior superfizer gives the worst service in telecom sector.If msg is not send from this number then tell me the procedure how I get MNP number.my alternate number is [protected].
After sending 5 complains reliance care not only solve my SMS sending problem, but also not call me for other solution of my number [protected].Reliance Now a days I call to customer care, but call is disconnected.reliance stop this customer care family.Why reliance authority not taking action against my complaints. My complaints no are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].my contact no is [protected].Yesterday I lodge this complain, after 24 hours rel authority not taking any solution against this case.I am requesting to higher authority to take action of this case.
