Tried contacting customer care for my query. But the staff inspire of resolving/answering ma query asked me to stay online n gone in mute. I waited for almost 2 hrs and then he dropped the call. Refer to the images n videos attached. It happened twice. And at reliance store, they not ready to register my query, asking me to talk to customer care.
