Reliance Communications — Customer executive using slangs | |||
Date of incident 11.01.2016 at 6.30 PM Number from which call recd[protected] The executive called me regarding the bill payment, for which i said there is a wrong charges of 300 rs approx for which i asked the reversal on that the executive is saying dont pay the bill keep it as charity from Reliance Communications on asking her name she is saying bad slangs on me and my family. If this is the service that your executive is giving then being your customer i am very sad. I want a apology letter from the executive who behaved like that, unfortunately i dont know her name but she was a girl after that only the payments will be made from my end. If i doesnt received the resolution i will be filing a complaint against your company. Was this information helpful? | |||

As there is no update from your end on the above complaint. I am not going to make the payment till the action is taken against that executive. Further to this please stop making calls regarding legal compliance and all. Once the complaint is resolved the payment in full will be made to you.
