Dear sir, Was a customer of reliance communication ada below are the details of the complain. Name: kiran puthran Connection device: data card Type: cdma Id: [protected] Service plan: post paid Place of data card purchase: reliance store chandavarkar road, borivali (w), mumbai 400092 Rsn number: rztcdc[protected] Date of purchase: 01/03/2016 Complain: Had purchased a fresh data card (details) above from reliance store on the 01/03/2016, was using is for couple of months. reliance had disconnected my connection from may 15 2016 stating that cdma service has been stopped and you data card would be unusable. the sent us a link to register for 3g sim, but their serivice did not start immediately. i requested the reliance mobile store to compensate for cdma data card (which is still under warrenty) with a free 3g data card upgrade, but the mobile store bluntly denied. i requested the same from their customer support, but after 4 -5 request the company gave me another surprise, they started sending me bills on data connection which i was'nt using. i have been getting bills from the comapny from past 2 months and i have been receiving harressment call to pay the bill at least 10 time from company ivr and billing center. each time i have requested them to compensate my data card, but no complain was registerd. i was then forced to go the mobile store and filed my request to disconnect my number. I have never experience such pathetic customer service in my life. my graviences 1. reliance communications have not informed the customer on the disconnection of the cdma service. 2. very poor handling on the migration to gsm. 3. hundreds of customer coming with a similar complain and no one is addressing the same. 4. i have lost rs 2200 which i have purchased the dongle and the company is pushing customer to buy 3g dongle for 800. this is shameless. 5. and the hight of all, the customer is sending monthly bill for the connection which is not been used. I request you to take this complain very seriouly as there are hundred's of customer who are having the same problem and there is no where to go. the mobile store franchise are helpless as the company is taking things lightly Request your urgent help and attention.
