My dongle no. is [protected], i have not used till date of when it has been terminatedd from the date of before valentine day that is 13th feb. 2016, bcoz its lost (thft) why are you keep going sending me the bills, and i have requested many a time for disconnection, but your executives ask for being our valued customer pls give us a time to serve you!!
What these way do you serve the customers...
That you now have sent me a notice of legal action (kindly read till the end...) bcoz in between i have tried many a time to contact
Kindly check the email sent date & time... but you people did not responded to the exact matter... and you have just responded for your bill amount (that when are you paying)
Kindly now pls don't ask again about the matter...
If you are a genien kindly check the records and then come to me about the matter...
If you are unable to contact... send me mail... or give me a call from your personal number... bcoz ur company no. are irritating me so i pushed them to spam and blocked... just give me a call for final opinion... then i have a option for consumer court.
This is a final email - next 24 hours you have to clear all my matter... or earliest.
And there is no. answer from customer care :[protected],
No use at all... bcoz they just keeping on holding
