I have been getting messages since almost 3 weeks now that my 4g data card shall be sent and that my cdma data card has been deactivated.In the the interim they made me pay for the monthly charge of 1000.
I have neither received the new data card nor is my old one active. This is affecting my work considerably.
In the interim i get atleast two calls a day from their customer care explaining me of the offer and the card but when i say i have not received it and need to be helped they are clueless.
This is another instance of cheating the customers by promising a change and not providing but making them pay the monthly bills irrepective - even when the service is discontinued for more than 3 weeks now. Was this information helpful? |
