[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Data card

I had taken a DATA CARD connection for a year by paying appx 6000 /-
after that there was assurance that same charges shall be levied but inspite of visiting various
service centres and toll free no not got answer, meanwhile they told me old
data reader would be obslede and you have to take new card and sim
which i did by paying
extra money and
service centre told me that the services will start after some time
as the service was very poor with the poor communication from certres i ask for cancellation
for which the centre told me that the services can not be cancelled .
i had written to customer services many times but never get replied.
some time there were threatening call at odd hrs about the money
for which i told that since there were no service requested nor utilised after expiry of one year but
the caller were
using FOUL AND THREATENING WORDS .
THIS IS NOT DESIRABLE FROM A COMPANY LIKE YOURS AND FOUNDED BY A GREAT HONEST PERSON
PL WHY YOUR COMPANY IS HARRASING A SENIOR CITIZEN IN MOST UNETHICAL WAY .

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
