[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Data card | |||
Dear sir, I am being chased up for payment of data card number [protected]. I have made the full and final payment of the data card and the details has been sent to reliance on jul 16th 2016. (Please refer trailing mail). I was advised to do so by the customer care representative mr. Rajkumar parmar & i have the recording of the call. I have not used the 4g services which was thrust upon me without my consent - and i have not bought the 4g data card separately. Reliance is calling me from [protected] 2 times a day - and they put the call in infinite vrs loop "all our customer care executive are busy and please call us after some time" I am not liable to pay a single rupee to reliance - and they are still raising invoice against my name.
