[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Data card got disconnected | |||
Hi, I have reliance data card and actived life time data plan (1gb per month) reliance# [protected]. When i went tirupur reliance service center,. They said that my data card got deactived. But i didn't get any communication through mail/my contact no. Now they are telling that i have to upgrade 4g data card. I'm ok to buy a new data card. But they don't provide my existing lifetime plan. I want exist life time plan. Main important is that they gave worst response and spoke with high voice. They were thinking that we are uneducated.
