[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Data Card not working since last 40 days | |||||
Hi Reliance, My name is Mohd Sayeed and I am using Reliance Wi-Pod postpaid connection since last 2 month and I am facing lot of issues with the net speed. Every time when I use the connect the INTERNET using my data card, it does not get connect and if it gets connected also it gives maximum speed of around 100kbps only. I have raised the complain to the customer support on 16th November 2015, but still didn't get any response from them. My service request no. is[protected] I have visited to the authorized service center as told by the customer care (H & T Services UG 25, Viswadeep Tower, District Center, Janakpuri, 110058) but they told that this center is no more for the ZTE.
