Summary: my datacard stopped getting signal since one week. The customer service call is getting lost while transferring to service representative.

I have been calling customer care number since a week. It drops me silently while transferring the call to service representative. Please solve the problem immediately.

This problem had also happened in last month. The cust service told me that it was because of the 4g migration. They told me that my 3g card would work ok after few days. After a downtime of 7 days, it started working again. Now, it went back to again to the problem of "zero signal".

Now they tell me that 4g is mandatory, thus leaving me 2 weeks and more in cold water this month alone (Ironic that I am in a plan that gives me a data speed less than that of 2G).
