Reliance gsm deducting my balance for vas without activating Sir/Madam, I am Jagdish Purohit, having number [protected], Reliance is deducting my balance without activate VAS USSD Services, VAS Sftfmts STalk, ShotformatsGSM, Hungama GSM, and ETC., How could the all these subscriptions activated automatically. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 29, 2017 Updated by jagdi92 Dear Sir, I am s old subscriber bearing Mob. No. [protected](smart) and frequently when recharging (prepaid) your company activating various packs automatically and deducting money from my recharge amount. I am suffering a lot and request you to look after the matter by stoping these type of bad habits and also please activate DND to my number at your earliest.Else I have no option left either to change service provider or go to consumer court. Matter most urgent and expecting a strong and quick action. regards Jagdish purohit

I complained about the non working of my dish setup box on 14 th June but no satisfactory answer was given from the customer care side and it's been a week above any of the technician haven't visited to resolve the problem !
