[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Data pack

I recharged my reliance number [protected] with rs. 9 for 2g/3g one day data pack offering 50 mb from paytm. However, upon recharging no data benefits were received, instead free reliance to reliance calls were given which were of no use to me. As per reliance website also, there is 50 mb data on recharge of rs. 9. I have been unable to connect to reliance customer care on this. Either i need the required benefits or cashback.

Updated by n!k After receiving the call from Reliance Customer Care, I was informed that the benefits would be given to me. I even received a message saying the same, but no benefits have actually been received in my account so far.
