[Resolved] Reliance Communications — data usage details in cdr report and in my data card logs varies and poor speed too | |||
subscribers no [protected], there are many problems related to data usage and slow speed...19 hrs of difference in data usage given in cdr report, compared to my data card logs. I informed customer care and to appellate authority abt this issue...before the bill gets generates, , i asked the customer care daily through live chat, to give me the usage details, they said, "there is a problem with ur data usage, so it cannot be provided right now, you can come back to us after...72 hrs..." till the date, before the bill gets generates...they also asked me to check myservices, data usage for reference...i checked and confirmed it too..to continue the usage.. my bill gets generated with a unbilled usage of Rs.1735/-...when i asked related to this matter to appellate authority, he said, , just, sorry for the inconvinence..but ur usage details are correct..as given in cdr report. when i compared my data logs and cdr report, , the usage timing differs abt 19hrs... I need a clear explanation abt this issue, , is that a trick for reliance, to gain profit, , without informing sufficient data usage, , when i requested for the data usage details, till the bill date...and why there is a usage timing difference...which varies a lot, , and makes me to pay 4 times higher than my usual rental plan. they barred my connection the next moment the bill gets generated, , and they requested, to pay half amount to continue usage the usage of card... Sir, why they have not provided me the correct details, well in advance(not on theirr own, , atleast when i requested for the details, daily) and just sorry for the inconvinience from appellate authority doesnt make any sense, , , . u can contact with my registered number, which is still in use...starts and ends with 9566...703...and just dont say ur request has solved through telephonic contact without calling this number(since i have seen in the other forum, , no calls yet, but request closed with telephonic contact.)
