[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Deactivate VAS Techzone SMS S

I have never activated any value added services but I don't know why my balance is deduced to 30rs today. I have tried STOP to 155223 but it says that you are not subscribed any VAS packs. So why is my balance deducted. I tried calling customer care but the lines are busy.

Everyday Rs1 deducted when I call 155223, no vas subscribe now how to stop, why thy simply deducted, I never subscribe this techzone sms, when I call, they never pickup, my no. Is [protected], please help

Hi this is K Arora.i m using rajasthan rim gsm sim.mob nu [protected].Since last 1 month reliance is deducting 5rs every 3-4 days for different vas services as vas techzone sms s .. I h tried STOP to 155223 but that responds u r not registered for any VAS services n den they deducted the money... I tried customer care many times but only once they answeed call . they told servor is down, call later.

I have tried STOP to 155223 but it says that you are not subscribed any VAS packs. I also subscribed DND service. So why is my balance deducted.

I am also facing the same problem. As I left my phone at hometown and my parents kept recharging the phone, there have been unnecessary deductions in the name of VAS techzone. I have faced deductions in 100s (in chunks of ₹15, ₹10, ₹5, ₹3 etc.)
