Dear Sir/Madam
Your company is cheating with customers. I disappointed with your service. How I explain here.
1. I requested you on 30th April 2015 that deactivated my VAS. Your customer care officer Mr. Anil Shinde takes quick action and deactivated VAS service and refunded my deducted amount. I appreciated also him.
2. After that 06th and 7th of May 2015 again your company has deducted amount Rs. 20.00. How it is possible when VAS service is deactivated? I can’t understand?
3. Then I again send email for deactivated VAS service on 7th of May 2015.
4. On 8th of May (Time 2.21 pm) I received SMS from your company that my VAS service is deactivated, I was very happy for that.
5. But on 8th of may (Time 2.48) I received SMS from your company that Rs. 20.00 has deducted for VAS service, I surprised and shocked how it is possible after 30 minutes only, while it is deactivated.
On the base of above facts it is proofed that your company cheating with costumer. I requested that kindly do needful action of your employee who working like that.
I am customer of Reliance since 14 year. Kindly do action of my complaint otherwise I will change the company.
It is my forth complaints for deactivated VAS service. My Mobile Number is[protected]..
