Reliance Communications — Deactivating 3g service and forcefully asked to take 4g service | |||||
I am swaroop, have wifi (3g) pod, just took 6 months back. Yesterday reliance guy calls me and told that they are upgrading from 3g to 4g and asked me upgrade from 3g to 4g as the service of 3g will be discontinued in couple of days time. The company suddenly changing from 3g to 4g and forcfully asking to upgrade with the extra amount for the device in need to spend from my pocket. My question was why i have to pay extra for 4g dongle? My 3g dongle is brand new (Bought six months back) and i dont want to spend any extra cost for the dongle. How can you possible discontinue with 3g which i am using it from past 6 months and without any written notice or message, some guys call yesterday and commands me to go 4g?
