[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deactivation Not Done & I keep on Getting bills | |||
Hello, I have already deactivate my number by paying outstanding amount of Rs1171 on 17/03/2015. They said that your connection will be terminated within 24-48 hours but I received the bill for next month then again I visited and they said some reliance staff visited your place before termination and you said him that you want to continue your service so we didn't deactivated but no one really came why I change my decision when I have requested them to close my account. They said ok we will terminate this month & you don't even have to pay for this bill generated. Now again this month that is may I again received the bill now this time when I called them to ask about it they said we have already told you to lodge a complain in our Patna head office. But I really don't have enough time to visit them then I mailed them & they said me to pay my outstanding amount then they will terminate my services. So please tell me what should I do now. Tell me an alternate option to send you details either thru phone or iPad because I am not near my computer because in my family at the moment there is a medical emergency. Please tell me any other options to provide you with details.
